Systemizing Human Capitalization
I believe the world and people in it are an open system capable of increasingly limitless possibilities and subject to an increasingly complex array of governing dynamics. Understanding these dynamics are prerequisites for progressive leadership in American and International affairs.
I’ve chosen to focus on three areas I believe have profound impacts on America’s future: the incentives that drive human action (finance & economics), the capabilities of technology to augment human effort (progressive technologies), and the systems of governance that shape national society (government public policy).

Reading recommendations for the curious
The Lessons of History
One of my favorite books of all time. Will and Ariel Durant bring timeless perspective and insight in the major facets of human civilization. Despite some bleak and sobering lessons about human nature, the book (history) is a story of the resilience and resourcefulness of the human spirit.
The Story of Us
Tim Urban has delivered what I believe to be a masterful history and analysis of American society. He carefully introduces each new idea and layer of complexity through intuitive stories and charming visual illustrations. I would recommend this series to everyone curious about Us.
